Leafy green vegetables are always nourishing and good for our health and Doctors recommend that we must eat green leafy vegetables to fine tune our digestion system and to get lots of minerals and iron.

The Leavy green vegetables are important for us. We will have them almost all the time. It is even much more important than the meats in our diet. Of course I like them, too. Sometimes I feel like a worm that can eat up all the Leavy green vegetables

In our place, winter season is the best season to get all types of leafy vegetables. Now summer season going on, only less varieties available and they are bit costly too. I used to buy only some selected varieties. Yes, leafy vegetables are packed with nutrients.

I like leafy vegetables, especially spinach. We make spinach with lentils at home. Its really good. Women who have iron deficiency should have spinach. But we don't get fresh spinach every time. When fresh spinach is available in vegetable shop we buy and make curry. My in laws, husband and myself likes spinach very much...
