Dance it out!

Each day when I feel low or stressed, I rediscover the healing power of dance. Dance has got to be the best way of stress busting and catharsis! Not only it helps me keep good shape, it ensures I stay cheerful and happy all day long too!
So no matter how bad you feel someday, no matter how bad a dancer you consider yourself to be; shut the doors, put on some music and dance it out! You'll walk out feeling way better than you might have expected!

Dance demands devotion. This is a gift of God. Everybody can not dance. It always needs the cooperation of mind. This makes everyone who dances physically and metally strong.

Yes I used to do them and I am not saying that I'm a great dancer, still practices some Micheal Jackson moves.
