My Grandpa is passed away long ago. But his memories is always with me.I miss him so much.
My Grandpa always used to say that he is expert in Face Reading ,when I was doing my graduation.
Also he could easily justify whether a person is telling a lie or truth. And able to predict One's talent that they are really eligible to do certain task wisely.
Is it true in all situations?

I think face reading is something we all do on some level. When we talk to our friends or family we try to gauge their real feelings by watching their facial expressions all time don't we? Also police read faces while they investigating suspects and psychologists do it with their patients. Even our teachers use it to find out if we are really sorry for not doing homework or just lying.
But there are also people how are experts at faking facial expressions, what they call a poker-face. So this cant work everytime.

"The Face is the mirror of the mind and the eyes without speaking confess the secrets of the heart."
"Face Reading or Physiognomy" is one of the most effective ways of knowing a person inside out.
Usually we know Numerologist or Astrologist Now a days people started "Physiognomy Services" in order to earn money. Also innocent people going to them to know about their future by spending lot of money.

Maybe. But it's more 'an experience-thing' than a textbook-science.

In the old times when people were generally honest with the exception of some, you could tell if someone is lying to you by looking straight at their eyes. If they avoided your look, that was the sign they had something to hide. But now when people are generally mean with the exception of some good, liars know the trick so they will look you in the eyes and still tell a lie.
