9 days straight. Somehow this happened as I am switching to a different schedule after day 4 - I will be working from 230pm - 1030pm rather than my overnights. Just for a month but I am excited all the same.
Only issue is that I will be working 9 days straight with this transition. I normally burn out at my job after day 4, which is good because normally we only work 4 in a row. Luckily on Tuesday I will only be working 3 hours, but every other day its between 8-12.
Tonight is my Monday. Do you ever work long stretches like this? Any motivation is helpful :-)

@maezee Well at the time I really needed the money but that did not mean I was happy about the long days and hours lol I hope you get a break soon.

There was a time when I took a part time job on top of my full time job, and I was literally working 7 days a week for a couple of month.
I cut down on the hours on the part time job, and so I worked 6 full days a week for a year.
During those few months when I worked 7 days a week, I did not have Monday blue.
Since every day is a work day, every day feels the same.
You will survive.
Ironically when i was working such crazy hours, I was very healthy. Not a single ailment.
After I started to cut down on the hours, the body started to feel sick!

Work? What's work? I am so happy to be retired but I will admit I am busier than I have ever been--I don't know how I worked and got anything else done!! :O)

I hope it goes fast and smooth for you. Just take things one day at a time. Every day is a new start. =)
