Are you breathing?

We unconsciously, do breathing.
If you can pay attention to it, you will notice:
+ you breath only through one nostril or both
+ the rhythm depends on your mental state, physical state and also your feelings
+ on paying attention, its rhythm will get harmonized
Try to observe the breathing pattern, to be in cool state....
According to ancient indians, When you do physical work, or which takes your focus outside of you, you will breathe actively through your right nostril.
And when you are in sleep or in concentration, it will be the other... left nostril.

The more relaxed the better is breathing i believe as stress suppress it and suffocates it

I like breathing exercise and I feel relaxed after doing this.
