Hello friends!! I want to lose weight and get fit. I'm following a diet and avoiding junk food. Also, I'm using Herbal Life products to lose weight. But sometimes I feel like to eat something. Can anyone suggest me how to stop these little cravings?

Honey and hot water...Helps for weight loss.If you feel like eating something , you can prepare at home and eat.It would be better I think.

I know how you feel. I should be losing weight too but I'm just too lazy to exercise and have too little self-restraint to avoid junk food. I too need advice on how to be more discipline.

Junk food's not good for your body. Fantastic that you're on diet and exercise.
