What goes through your mind when I say - Pole Dancing? Are you Imagining a stripper going naked in a stripper club? Well, Im NOT! Pole Dancing is so much more that just getting naked. Yes,there are girls that use pole as a way to earn money but it doen't mean that everyone that is doing it , should be consdier as a stripper or provocative. Think about it this way, there are people that use sex as a way to earn money but it doesn't mean that everyone that having sex is a wh*r*. Woman and Man, Open your minds :) you may try and fall in love with this sport as I do. It combines strength, flexibility and art! and everyone can do it not matter which gender, size or age you are! Attaching here a random show of pole dancing competition https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0dQWIptVNDg Sit back relax and enjoy :)

Sabre dancing, break dancing, pole dancing... What happened to the waltz? Slow, simple, and not too strenuous.

"...everyone can do it not matter which gender, size or age you are!" --- Sadly, this is not true. You must be a very sportive person before you start this sport. I could *never* do these exercises. I'm not sportive at all.

I consider pole dancing to be physically demanding whether used by strippers or those who aren't. It's an art form and a sport.

I watched the video. The woman is incredible! Yet, I don't understand why she says at the beginning that the dance represents motherhood. What is the flower pot/waste paper basket supposed to mean?

I'd say it looks like an excellent way to to exercise every muscle group and looks a lot more fun than most gym classes. I also have no problem with girls doing it for a living why earn pennies in an office job if you can earn good cash doing something you enjoy. Earning cash this way is no different to being a dancer except your audience is male.
