Starbucks being sued over the Unicorn Frappuccino?

I went into Target the other day and decided to grab a drink from the Starbucks housed inside. I skimmed the menu for any new drinks being offered. This is when I noticed they were no longer offering the Unicorn Frappuccino. It was not that important to ask why especially since I knew it was only available for a limited time.
It seems as though Starbucks is being sued by a Brooklyn-based coffee shop called The End. Their argument is basically Starbucks took all their social media fame. The End came out with a Unicorn Latte before Starbucks premiered their Unicorn Frappuccino; however, they seem to be completely different drinks in my opinion. I think the only characteristics they share are not having coffee as an ingredient and the "Unicorn" in the name. It seems to me like this is another attempt to squeeze money out of a big corporation with really no sustenance behind the claim. Then I think, technically money won't need to be squeezed out considering the amount of profit Starbucks makes each year.
What are your thoughts on this?

I read your post, but I donĀ“t really care about anyone suing Starbucks. This a an international company and as such, even if he stole, they will win.

For a corporation as big as Starbucks, they probably have the best lawyers money can buy. I'm not sure a small coffee shop should go up against the big guys unless they know they have an open and shut case, which in this situation doesn't sound like it's the case. The small coffee shop could end up spending more in lawyers fees than any settlement or lawsuit payout they would receive if they had a chance to win the case. To me, it's just not worth it. Unless it's a specific strategy they are using to generate interest and media coverage for their business!

@mferreira I didn't know that there's an on-going case between Starbucks and The End.
