Everyone says that parents can never be wrong. They are always perfect. They are always right. As a kid i was told what they felt was wrong was wrong for me too, its like you got to follow them blindly. As we grow up , majority of us suffer from an identity crisis. We dont know who the f*** we are just because we were never told how to express our identity, our sexuality, our true character and nature, nothing at all. I am sorry but i do not believe that our parents are perfect. I feel no one is perfect. They might know whats right, but that necessarily might be only right for them and not for us. I am not preaching here that parents are not good. NO. We are lucky we have parents and a family but its vice versa. I feel we are not entitled to follow anyone blindly , even if its our own mom or dad. Do what you feel is right even if your family is against you. Its just one life, live for freedom, youre not the victim if their expectations. Have a great sunday,
