Things I should quit

Earlier I made a post which infact is a plagiarised piece and in list form which breaches the guidelines of the myLot community, I apologise. Am still getting around to understand all the rules in myLot. Probably you may have an experience such as mine and how did you manage to quit making the same error?

when you want to share something here that you did not write yourself, the way to do it to avoid plagiarizing is to mention who the author is, or where you got it, or the link to that website. plus, you have to add your opinion or your experience about it. your commentary written in your own words should be longer than the list or quote or story or article that you're sharing here.

@pgntwo after writing/posting it, i checked the guidelines and realized i just expounded/expanded on it. mylot's guidelines says: "Posting plagiarized or copyrighted content - We take this very seriously. If there is an article you would like others to see and discuss, then post a link to that article along with your own commentary." source:
This is where you will find out what kinds of behavior are accepted and unaccepted on myLot. When in doubt, remember the Golden Rule!

@hereandthere And so you post a link to the myLot guidelines to ensure you are not in breach of them for copying the content into your post, in "" quotes. Wise move

Just write casually. You do not worry about the rules. Never try to plagiarize. That is enough here. A plain and casual writing.

I don't copy any topic or link from internet. If I get an idea, I try to write the post in my own words, based on that idea.

@BabyRai1 There's always the second chance. Just compose or make your own discussion in your own words and as the fruits of your own intellect.

In fact I mostly share my personal experiences over here. This prevents plagiarism from happening
