Hello friends This thing is always true for me. When it times to handle physical stress I really not feel that stressed. But when it times for mental stress, it hits me lot harder. I always feel that I am not good in handling metal stress. I always love to have happy waves around me. So what you say guys. Are you expert in handling mental stress?

Mental stress is so much more difficult to handle. If you don't deal with it, it could effect physical health.

@akp100 Oh I see akp. It is good that you are aware. That is the first step into handling this. I am sure you have good ways that you have learned to deal. I hope you can breath and yoga maybe and treat yourself to something nice like whatever you want. Take care of yourself most important.

@akp100 Different methods are there. One is talking to a close person in your life. I mean spent time with a person you most love in this world. Second you can do some breathing exercises like Pranayam. Third engage with some activities which will give you pleasure and divert the attention from the stress factor. If you want you can solve the issues with variety of methods.

There are many ways. Find out the root cause. Uncherished desires are a cause. Yoga, sports, counseling with a friend, all will help. I too suffer sometimes.

Stress caused by bad relations with men can be easily handled, but when you go amiss with women, it is hard. For some tough guys, there is no problem.

When it comes to handling of mental stress i am a zero. Under stressful conditions I can't concentrate and feel a mix of emotions which i cant describe

Yes that's exactly what I feel. It is kind of mix emotion where we can't concentrate on any other things. At this time my mind stop working for me. I am kind of person who can't ignore things which is actually inviting stress. Otherwise I could have ignore the mental stress too.

For me mental stress is the result of physical stress.. Sometimes too much exhaustion that physically disables us leads to mental stress which hits hard.. Or it could be mental stress leading to physical disability. . both are connected.

I don't think so. I can manage any kind of physical stress. Even after exhausting I can keep my mind cool. But yes mental pressure is kind of my weakness. For me they are not connected. I guess it depends on people's nature. For some people yes they are connected, but not for all.
