This story opens with two children being chased down by their father, who is wielding a knife. That particular episode ends with two people dead and one person with a broken arm.
A few years later, that same town finds itself looking for a serial murderer. People are being killed, some in their beds, some at work, and after some investigation, the police believe they know who their suspect is. And they focus on a teenage boy whose parents were murdered on the same night his sister's arm was broken.
"Right Behind You" by Lisa Gardner is one of the most riveting books I've read in quite some time. I highly recommend it.

Sounds a great deal of terror in that book Claudia. Keeps you occupied for sure.

My librarian told me that I've read other books by her but this is the one that made me take notice! I can't wait to read more!
