Drinking Water- but at right time......!!!! "AMRIT" " DAVA" " ZEHER"

We have always heard doctors saying that it is necessary and beneficial to drink plenty of water each day. Yes,its true but drinking water at right time can benefit you more, and vice versa:-
1. Drinking a glass of water half an hour before your meal is "AMRIT" for your body.
2. A few sips during the meal will work as "DAVA" for you.
3. Drinking water immediately after the meal is considered to be "ZEHER" for the body.
Note:- Amrit-Beneficial for the body.
Dava- means Medicine
Zeher- means Poison

Hey, thanks for bringing up this question.
Studies suggest that it is essential to maintain some gap after your meals as this helps in absorption of essential nutrients too. Consuming water right after the meal tends to dilute gastric juice. Though, our stomach is adapt at absorbing water, but an excess intake of water after meal dilutes enzymes that are essential for digestion. This is responded by lesser secretion of digestive enzymes that in turn can lead to heartburn and acidity.
