Our family is a big fan of egg toast and butter sugar toast. Today, I made a special egg toast since it is Mother's Day, Heart Shaped Egg Toast which was easy and very pretty to eat it. All you have to do is stamp out a heart shape from a huge cookie cutter into your regular square bread. Then butter up both sides of the bread. Toast it in a non stick pan until brownish. Crack in an egg into the heart shape until the egg is cooked. Simply delicious and heart warming for moms. See photo here:
