Pro circumcision or anti / myLot

Any one can answer. Are you pro or anit circumcision? Please remember to be respectful of others opinions and reasoning. No bashing of people. I am pro circumcision but it's definitely NOT for cosmetic reason.

I did not have my boys circumcised. I could not justify beginning their lives with pain. That was nearly 30 years ago and they did not give any anesthetic. I decided to let them make the decision for themselves. After all, it's their body and that's a big decision that can't be taken back.

@DonSean Well then, they can have the procedure done as adults. The process of birth is traumatic enough without putting a baby through that pain. Even if they used anesthesia there is the pain of urinating with a wound for days before it heals. No, sorry, my mind is not changed even though I understand what you are saying. I talked to my sons when they were growing up about it and they are happy as they are and happy that I let them decide what to do with their bodies.

During WWII this was what Germans Nazi checked to know if a man was a Jewish. Circumcision is not at all popular in Europe. I think that the boy should decide when he is old enough to take a decision, not their parents.
