Dog attacks

Has anyone here been attacked by a dog? What is the law in your state? In California there is no one bite rule.

When I was a child a dog attacked in my way home. It was the neightber's dog. He just bit me a little bite in the butt- I think he was afraid of me...

The owner is always responsible if his or her dog bites someone; but the dog is not repsosible if its owner bites someone.

I was bitten by a dog 3 years back, there might be laws but I got vaccinated. I dont want to dwelve into any legal things
