I'm an intern just now, so I'm still in transition for work hours. Because the usual rest time in school is not the same as now, but now must obey the company's work system,.I should change my daily schedule to adapt to this rhythm of working life. So I would like to ask all of you if you have any good suggestions. Thank you very much!

@Nawsheen I'll take a deep breath, then wash my face in the bathroom, go back to the office and have some water. Coffee has not been prepared because of the limited conditions.Otherwise, I'll choose a drink to refresh myself

You will get along with the new habits very soon. Try to refresh yourself in the possible way in office. In my case I can take some rest, I will go out and see the surroundings or call some one etc.

@Heyiqian I think your problem is, you are new there and not feeling comfortable with the new environment. You will take some days and after that you will realize how refreshed I am here. Just learn new things and study the environment.

Thank you for your detailed reply. I'll try your advice right away. Thank you very much. Yes, I really need to relax. I'm a little too nervous about getting into the company, which is a whole new environment.

When tired at work. Get up and wash your face after every one hour, if your sitting in front of a pc. Ofcourse at work you cant take frequent breaks. But prolonged working , sitting in front of computer can lead to diseases like spondylitis , type 2 diabetes and obesity. Get up after every hour from your sit. Attend call in standing posture, set your work desk in such a manner so that you can get appropriate body movements. Good luck
