Where you see yourself in five years from now?

I grew up listening this, specially from my elders and teachers. This question is common in corporate culture," how you see yourself in 5 years from now ?". This question is an anthem for those who take it seriously and a boring Lines for those who never believe in it. Seriously, over a period of time, whenever, I look back, I actually felt the importance of it. When you look back, you see lot of mistakes you have made, wrong decisions and somehow you think this could have been done in certain manner. Does this affects to you readers ? Do you think everyone should have a five years plan ahead? What are yours view on this ? Thanks for reading.

I prefer to take life as it comes and take the chances that come my way. Sometimes people get so intent on planning for a future they forget to enjoy the present! I have friends who struggled as their big future plan didn't happen or led them to a place they weren't happy. Their plans were so set in stone that they struggled to find another way or felt life was over when that dream failed. My plan changes regularly but I always have one and a back up.

Exactly ! It is very hard to stick on one plan, especially when your personal lives are involved

I haven't thought about it yet. Maybe a successful teacher.

That's good. “A teacher is never an ordinary person. Construction and destruction can be produced in his lap.” - chanakya.

This question is asked many a times in interviews, vnow I am really fed up to answer such questions. I just take the day as it comes and accepts the challenges, I don't make any long term plans
