Depression

Do you think it's possible for someone who has a mild-moderately form of depression to bring his or her self out of it? If so, state why. If not, state why not. Also, if you have any insights or suggestions, please post those as well.

Depression is a medical issue as well as a mental and emotional one. Chemical balances in the brain are being affected negatively for any number of reasons.
There are several forms of depression, clinical being the most severe. Situational depression can be helped by changing the situation.

I believe that Depression is only a metal thing and it's actually very easy to beat it. Aslong as you are strong willed. I for one have never had problems with eat and am always happy.
