When I get headache I always go and have coffee. Coffee should be taken in limits people say but I feel that coffee releases some kind of hormones to relieve our stress. I also have planned to make a decision to start drinking water instead of coffee.
Office is a place which is unpredictable where we will have stress inducing situations like meeting deadlines and trying for good appraisals which could lead to good hikes. Can water really be a substitute to coffee? I doubt. What you say friends?

Sorry, I can't take coffee nor tea since I have gum disease for years. It can really give me a pain in the gum after drinking caffeine drinks.
When I have a headache, I drink lemon tea or lemon juice with honey. Gives the right Vit C

I will go for lemon. Take a lemon and cut it and rub it on your forehead. See the result. I wish you need no coffee or tea!

@sandydoll May be it is impossible to do this at your office but it is a very good remedy of headache. No massage, no facial needed... just rub on your forehead for few minutes.

You have given an answer which I have never heard of. I feel by running lemon I can brighten my forehead so its better to do a lemon facial now and then for my complete face but I cannot do that in office dear.

There's an obvious differences between coffee and water with respect to the effect on one's body.
