It's Friday and my boss just called in to inform me that my working hours been increased
.
This decision was apparently arrived at due to my good performance, which is good but more working hours I don't want
I tried to negotiate for less time,but still waiting for their response. I need some motivation myLot family.

as long as the extended working hours are paid. do you work 5 or 6 days a week?

if you want to avoid then you demand extra payment. Otherwise, you can accept it fixing the hours of work.

That will motivate the employees. If you have good performance you must be given rewards like lesser working hours and higher pay not higher hours of working.
