How to Sleep....

Sleep is necessary for the body as just we take food. Sufficient sleep must be taken, but no excessive sleep. What sufficient sleep is depends on the need of the body. + ask the almighty for protection around and go with the sleep + If you are physically tired, it is better not go to bed immediately + If one is very tired, stretch out on the bed, loosen all the nerves and relax + be a rumpled cloth on bed + At the end of relaxation, you will find your own little light, conscious of that light to merge with Divine light or Universal light + instead of falling into a dark hole you will sleep in light, and when you get up in the morning you will be fresh, fit, content, happy and full of energy for the day.
