Android version limitations ?

Hello World... I have a question Ihope some android users can help with. I have an LG. optimus fuel running android kitkat 4.4. i cant seem to upload images while on any pages anywhere. and it seems many have said it depends on your version which version supports image upload? I am willing to update asap.

yeah im going to have to try im not sure if the specific version matters like would 5 be better than 6 or not?

I think Samsung S5 is the first phone to have this feature. I tried and successfully loaded some on my phone,
