Yesterday an incident happened in front of me while I was going to take my exam. It was New Alipore College, my centre..
I was standing in front of that centre. A man having a container of chocolate was selling chocolates. A Mercedes Benz was coming from the opposite side.
Suddenly I heard a vociferous sound from the other side. Like everyone I went near to the place where crowd were assembled.
I noticed the man who were selling chocolate are laying down and his head was full of blood. I felt so much disgusted to see some of our fellows were clicking picture of him instead of helping him out of the situation, though I was not protesting of it or helping the man. I was there a silent viewer and inquiring the man next to me what actually happened. And I came to know that due to heavy heat the man got fainting and tending to fall in the mean time it collided with the Mercedes Benz. The driver had no fault.
Just after a few second a man suited-booted, aged about 30-32 came to the middle with a bottle of water and was helping the man with first aid. Seeing him doing that somehow I felt hatred of myself and came near to the man. I held the chocolate seller on my hand because there was somebody needed to hold him while first aiding. Then the man tied his handkerchief to the head of the victim, and directed me to help him in taking to his car and pointed to that Mercedes Benz. Still there was very few person who gave us helping hand.
Then the helpful man took all the chocolates from the broken container and asked everyone to buy at least a chocolate as it would help the chocolate seller to earn his belonging. I was shocked to see the response came from the nearby people and the aspirants of the examination. Most of them bought chocolate from him and within a second the container became empty. We collected almost 500 rupees for the poor man. Because those who didn't get chocolate (as there was few) they also contributed.
I appreciated the gentle-man who gave me the lesson of humanity and came to know that he is a doctor by profession and serving at nearby B.P.Podder Hospital. I have never seen God in my life but seeing that man I felt the touch of God. And the 'CHOCOLATE' I was be able to buy I think is a blessing of GOD.

This explains that there's still humanity left in this world.
