They came in five minutes and we 'went with them to the apt where she was screaming . I felt sick as the screaming had stopped.' An ambulance was there and the emts were shaking thir heads. She had died in spite of tjeir help, her skull was crushed by the bat the huge ape of a husband had welded one too many times. I had never seen a police officer so angry as he talked to the people who l\vied on each side of her The excuses:I did not want to get involved and another I Just Mind My own business was another.
