Does anyone know what flour you can make these Chinese delicacies from. I looked up on Google, but they say you have to buy egg wrappers, to make them.
My Mum and Dad used to take us out to a Chinese restaurant and we were served these sweet bow ties with their aromatic tea, after our meal. Never forgot these sweet little treats.

They are also dipped in a sweet honey type sauce that gives them the sweet taste.

That sounds a very cordon bleu name! Yes,will try and see if it comes out the same as when I tasted it as a child. Sure there are many variations of Bow Ties, too!

@dianadee Yes I never seen them here before, but anything deep fried + pastry, honey coating sounds delicious & tasty.

They are deep fried sweet pastry type of little biscuit with a honey coating. Still have to make some.
