I was walking my dog one time and she found a ball and was so excited. I explained to her that I should take it and want to clean it off before you play with it. Another story I have is when my cat I had where I used to live would go outside and I was looking for her and there were lots of cats laying together and at first I was not sure if mine was there. I was surprised because she did not play with other cats outside. She was laying there at the end and I told her I was just wondering where she was and she could stay outside for awhile.

@Hannihar Thank you for sharing your stories. One that comes to my mind straight away was my cat bringing in a mouse.... Actually she has done that twice now. Was really hard to get it out but I did it!

@Hannihar haha aw! yeah my cat chatters her teeth when she sees a bird. She goes into hunt mode. Whenever I see her doing that I bring her back inside and then she watches them out through the window lol

Sophie does not go into hunt mode when she saw them. She just wanted to talk to them and they never answered her so she gave up. I think they were very close knit and only talked to each other. I think it was rude when she wanted to make friends with them and they ignored her.

Sophie loves bugs. She used to try and talk to the birds but they ignored her so she does not try anymore.

Well ,my story is about German Shepherds, We raised several German Shepherds, and they were all raised up with our kids, when the kids played outside in the yard our dogs were out there with them, Well one day I was working in the kitchen, when one of the dogs came running in the kitchen and was acting kind of 'anxy', then she ran back outside again, and a few minutes later came running back into the kitchen, and still acting very hyper, then she left and went back outside again, and I decided to go see what was going on outside, Well one of the kids had gotten out of the fence and went to the yard across the street, and my dog was trying to figure out how to get my kid back into our yard .I went and saved the day, and everything was back to normal again, That's when I became a 'dog person', because my wife was the dog person I wasn't until then, These dogs just have a sense of protection in them that is amazing. I have hundreds of stories like this about these German Shepherds protecting the kids, and I wouldn't have enough time to tell them all ! I really am a 'dog person' now !

Don't you have things you have to do or do you take them with you wherever you go?
