Six twenty eight am up dressed and off to find food and coffee Back soon. Okay breakfast, oatmeal, milk, orange juice, coffee,toast and ham, oh hash browns too.I really would have preferred sausage instead. Oh the joys of a good nap. I was able to take 2 of them yesterday. Needed it badly due to getting the stomach bug.

I was up at 5a. to make sure my daughter was up and getting my grandson ready for school. They both take heavy duty medication so it is difficult getting up so early.

yes that would be very hard beimg medicated like that am very drowsy thats so early but I know he has to go to school too

I have not felt the need to sleep at all today rather the reverse. Hope you had a good nap and hope you have a really good dinner also.

I believe its fried chicken but it will be okay whatever I did not have a na p after all bui the sjower did help a lot.

Heavy thats the word I always leave haff ot the has brownas and hafl a slicer of toast too much food to one who is not doing heavy physilcal labort lol

allergy attack, smeezing, whheeaing, cryimg dust in air or pollen I did sleep ti three then could not get back to sleep. had short nap and a shower feel better

thats what I feared but just got out of warm shower and my long white hair is wet which is keeping me cool one advantage I guess already gettiing warm and humid here.
