It is a photo i was happy to get.. I mean one is not usually presented with the opportunity to get an adorable picture of a woodchuck eating kale in someone's garden. He's so cute!

@minx267 Congratulations! Did you also contemplate to close your Shutterstock account like many others? I only had three photos up when they announced their new payment strategy and most photographers tried to stop it by boycotting them. I have deleted those 3 images, never expected to sell any anyway. I am quite happy with EyeEm/Getty.

It is a sight where you can upload your photos and they can be selected to be sold in the market place by EyeEm and some may be chosen as premium and they will be sent to Getty Images and offered for sale there.

Thank you.. Yes it is fun, I have sold other things on Zazzle and Society 6 and a few other places... Things I make using my photos and Designs I make from my photos.. Put this was the first time I sold just the right to use my image.. very cool knowing someone liked it enough to use it. Yes, Getty is a big name. I have read some people say you should just deal with them directly.. but I tried a photo selling service years ago and they kept rejecting what i sent.. I didn't like that.. So thru EyeEm.. they look thru your stuff put the good stuff on their market place and select really good stuff to be put on to Getty.. it seems straight forward enough.
