Who owns a website?

I have four blogs right now. I have set them up and post regularly in them so I can get involved with some paid blogging sites. So far, I've been accepted by two blogging sites, and I'm just waiting for my blogs to meet the required minimums for the other two sites.

My website http://www.profitable-pen.com is devoted to mining ideas for articles, stories and books. It features a free forum and lots of advice for all writers. I made it up from scratch, and am still working to improve it.

I have a personal website that I've been constantly working on for a few years now. It originally started as an online office as I was mostly looking for telecommuting work but over time it has expanded big time. My domain is imsilver.org and that's what it was originally called but I've since changed it to Silver Sity as it's grown over time. I have a forum and a minimall set up with it now as well. And of course, a whole section on how to make a little money online. It's got a little bit of everything for everyone :) I'm self-taught in html and have built it myself so i'm rather proud of it :) The link for it is in my profile if you want to stop by and check it out.
