Its possible to make fish egg omlette with any fish eggs. I tried lot. Crush the small full egg pack of each fish...about 10 fish atleast...depending on fish size n type. Crush with hands together and scrap some coconut into it and crush together well. Add fish fry masala to it as required. Spread the mixture on to frying pan n get it fried like omlette. Too yummy. Taste depends on fish fry masala.
