Family Guy but The Simpsons is better than both of them. So was King of the Hill.

American Dad is possibly a little more subtle (not that that's saying much!) but I prefer Family Guy.

I recommend both shows you may like them and John has mentioned The Simpsons and King of The Hill they are also funny shows.
