Dizziness problem caused by Vertigo

May 24, 2017 3:48am CST
Hi Friends, I have been experiencing dizziness lately. I got myself examined by the doctor and he says it is due to 'Vertigo'. He prescribed me ear drops and some tablets to make sure I do not get violent kind of spinning of head. I was scared about this spinning so much that I felt I could get a brain stroke and by the by, it could happen for some people with vertigo problem. The tablets and ear drops did not seem to help me much but an exercise really helped me. It is called Brandt Daroff exercise. I really owe to the people who even thought of suggesting this exercise to patients with vertigo problem. It really is a boon. It helped me feel better. As days went by I felt that the dizziness problem is coming under my control. It merely solves this problem of spinning of head and I am able to sleep peacefully without any lightheaded feeling. I am happy now!

Vertigo is imbalance in body due to some bone present in ear. It's nice to here that you slept peacefully.

It may be due to the balancing problem in ear. You have to be careful while waking in morning. Get up slowly from bed.

I do get up slowly as well I lie down slowly at night. I do not want to dislocate the crystals once again ever in my life.

What? is this Brandt Daroff exercise recommended for you.? I am very sorry about it. Why don't you practice yoga? It is a single solution for many problems.

Thanks for suggesting Yoga. Brandt Daroff is a simple exercise to make the dislocated crystals, that cause dizziness, to be back to their position. It is very effective.
