I am worried

A few days ago my left arm starts to feel a little painful. I thought it was the muscle pain and I didn't care about it so much. Tonight I occasionally found that there is a little bump (like a button) inside. I searched it via the net and there could be many reasons. I start to feel worried now And I can't help to have silly thoughts, too. Anyway, tomorrow afternoon hopefully I can go to see a doctor and find out what's wrong.

I would be worried only if my doctor was asking me if I really need this arm.
I don't check symptoms on the internet, or I would find me a lot of diseases that I have not. You should forget your silly thoughts but not forget to see a doctor as soon as possible to know exactly what it is about.

@youless Yes understandable. It should be checked by the medical professional because as you know, something could be wrong about it. But hopefully, I pray it will be something simple. Do let us know please if you find anything out at doctors Youless.

The internet can drive you crazy trying to fit the symptoms.
Hope you can see a Doctor soon just to put your mind at rest.

Wait till what the doctor tells you. No point assuming things.

@allknowing I try... I will feel relaxed unless the doctor tells me that I am fine.

It's a good thing you are getting it checked out. I am sure it is nothing, but better to be safe than sorry.

I've had things similar to what you describe and the doctor has told me it was nothing to worry about. We are all different. I hope your doctor tells you the same thing. Good luck.

Do not worry. It will be fine. You might have stressed your arm. Apply some ointment for the pain.
