I'm something of the mystery, thriller fiction type fan..I also love me some spy novels and the occasional romance novel as well...I'm confused as to what novel to read next..Any recommendations on any genre(as long as it's not YA) would be really welcome..

Michael Connelly writes about an LA police detective named Bosch, really good. Netflix did three series based on him.

For thrillers, I just finished Behind Her Eyes by Sarah Pinborough.

@James96 It was pretty good. It keeps going back and forth from the present to the past, and it's told in different character's point of view.

Check out John Burdett, Olen Steinhauer and Walter Mosley, great spy/thriller writers.

Have you read Sherlock Holmes? Better read the classics on mystery.
