i really want to develope this location as soon as possible, but i need cash to make it happen. when and how? im thinking for an honest reliable investor, a business partner. i know for sure and i believe that this project and proposal will really profit. may this dream and wish come true!

about a commercial lot that needs to be develope and it need funds a capital. this location is the center of attraction for it is called the heart of the city.
