Mother Duck and Her Kids / myLot

The coolest thing I saw on my walk this morning was a muskrat. However, it caught me by surprise and I couldn't get a good shot of it before it dived under water (they can hold their breath for a very long time so I didn't even bother trying to wait it out). I did, however, get this photo of the mother duck with her babies.

I am not even sure I know what a muskrat looks like. I might have to look it up just to see what it looks like.

I actually have a couple times. But, I've never managed to get a photo of one that shows any sort of detail because they usually see me right around the same time I see them. The photos are either blurred or from quite a distance away as a result.
