Making potato salad

So there are many ways people make potato salad..what do you like to put in yours? I usually use mayo or yogurt plain yogurt lately for fewer calories but today I am using Italian dressing along with some onions,celery and pepper. I might even throw in a few green beans..What do you like in yours?

I like the regular potato salad, just mayo, mustard, eggs, potatoes, and possibly some bacon bits and a few onions.

Sometmes I put mustard in but not always. I hope my son will eat this salad he is not big on mayo.

@TiarasOceanView YOu use Italian dressing or you can make it with Plain yogurt, or some people even add sour cream.

I bet the yogurt is good, especially Greek yogurt. You use less mayo.

I used to make potato salad for special occasions, but it's so time consuming. Recently I tried the Original Potato Salad from Walmart and I couldn't believe how good it was! Now I doctor it up some...add a little mayo, sweet pickles, sugar, and mustard.
