Well the whole camping thing didn't work out

It is damp and cold. The temperature is only 8C (46F), hardly camping weather. Tomorrow isn't suppose to be much better so I guess camping will be held off for a bit longer. I do hope that it starts to warm up soon. I hope this isn't an indication of what our summer will be like.
Just got back from picking up a few groceries. Have to do some cleaning and then I have nothing planned for the rest of the day just a whole lot of doing nothing.

You're telling me its actually warmer here than there :-0 (its 62 here). Kinda shocked. Lol. Least you got shopping and cleaning done

Seems as if our spring weather isn't going to appear and we can only hope summer will be better. Sorry that your camping plans fell apart but I guess you don't want to camp in cold damp weather.

We always have a campfire. It is nice when it is cold. I just dont like when it is downpouring. Can't really have a fire then.

BRRRR. We've camped in weather like that. No fun. It was also, unfortunately, the same night my dearly beloved came down with food poisoning. The zipper broke on the tent. As he told me later, a couple of trips to the facilities were preceded by prayers to the zipper, "Not now..."
In the morning, he just handed me the car keys and told me to drive home.
It was a cursed night. I told him the next trip had to be better.

I am sorry your camping trip didn't work out. That is a little cold to be outside doing everything. My family and I have recently gotten back into camping. I had a family reunion to g to yesterday so almost all of my day was spent there.
