At least 8 killed in Mississippi shooting.

I just read on the news now that at least eight people were killed in a shooting campaign in Lincoln County, Mississippi, United States. Deputy Sherif is also murdered. US media reported Sunday afternoon. This is the worst shooting campaign in the United States in recent months. The murderer was known for criminal acts. Why did not they leave such a person in jail? Isn't that awful ?

OMG now that's awful. I can't believe it. Some people have just lost it. How can they murder others. You are right they should not have allowed the criminal to go out of jail in the first place.
