Medication helps me stay calm as well. Although medication is only one way out of many to stay calm, it's a key component for many people like myself.

music is a pure and simple way to relax, however I like your idea about tv and drawing, drawing is a great way to relieve anxiety and tension, tv is a great stress relief as long as your not watching re runs lol

relaxing with the beauty of nature is a excellent thing to do, like watch a water fall or sitting on some rock watching the waves come in and go out, very peaceful and good time to reflect on ones self :)
