How to invest your myLot’s earnings to become quickly a millionnaire (perfectly valid and legal method)

Our PM is under hard criticism to have converted 100 Euros into a virtual 600 000 Euros in a few years. It is not well seen to make money too quickly in France, but the method was perfectly legal. I explain it. He was working for an insurance company, and knew that they were looking to rent a building for their head office. Well, everybody was knowing it, because the company made a bid solicitation for this buiding : it is important to read the ads. First he created a real estate company with a share capital of 100 Euros with his wife (you need to be at least two to create a company ; it is not mandatory, but fiscally interesting in France) ; Second they looked for a building to buy that was corresponding to what the company was asking for in the solicitation bid. Indeed, you do not buy a building with 100 Euros. They looked for a bank loan. As long as the rents expected are more important than the reimbursement annuities, the bank will follow. The bank put a condition precedent to the loan accepted by the seller of the building : the loan would be granted and then the building sold if the insurance company was choosing this building for its head office. They participated to the solicitation bid, their offer was the cheapest and was accepted. Since that, the company did 180 000 Euros of renovation works (nothing anormal for a commercial lease), they make a profit with the rents and the building is worth 600 000 Euros today. Your turn now, you know what to do with your next $100 earned at myLot. If it works for you, don’t forget me.

If you know a Swiss bank wanting to rent a new building for their head office, I am ready to invest to start a joint-venture with you. I imagine what the media would tell if he had invested his 100 Euros to buy a building in Switzerland.

@LadyDuck My previous house has been bought by a promoter who refurbishes and rents them. I met one in the past who went bankrupt with the same method. As long as I have been paid I have nothing to tell.

@topffer I have not heard anything like this, but, here in the south near the border, there are builders who buy old houses. They refurbish the houses employing Italian workers at Italian salaries (more than half than a Swiss salary) and then they re-sell the refurbished houses at Swiss prices. Local builders are mad and not very happy about the bi-lateral agreement signed by Swiss with Europe.

@topffer I saw he gave a good handskake to Mr. Trump. Give him a thumbs up for that a nice clean handshake.

@lovinangelsinstead21 Macron crushed the hand of Trump and was receiving Putin in the castle of Versailles today : he adapts to the people he meets. We have not had a very smart president since Mitterrand in the 80's-90's, and for the moment Macron is all good. I hope that it will last, because people are expecting a lot from him.

Our new PM is very smart. He was one of the best of his promotion in our national school for high administration, chose to work in our Council of State, and resigned to work for private companies. I prefer to have somebody like him for PM than a "born to be a politician". I wish you to make a good deal with your myLot money.

And you say it was legal for the PM to do this?

@topffer So will he have to divest himself of the holding company now?

@BarBaraPrz No, this kind of company is closed/you cannot have other people entering in it, you cannot leave it before its end (this one was created for 20 years for what I read, the time needed to pay back the loan). He had to declare it and its value when he became PM, and some politicians and media have jumped on it because Macron promised a law to moralize politics, and they do not find this "moral".

He is PM only since a few days. It is legal for anybody to do that, several societies with this goal are created every day in France.

Perfectly legit - quite profitable if planned just right . We could make a pretty penny if we all pooled our myLot earnings together !

@topffer It worked out for all parties fair and square, so I would think whatever he did with the building was his business - he just happened to make a load of money from it . And how nice if we could all be savvy enough to become millionaires this way - and we could say we did it through myLot!

@much2say We would have soon to close the doors and put "private" to continue to discuss. And there would be some conspiracy theories on Youtube about myLot millionnaires with our avatars exposed.

I heard since that the building he found was intended to be sold in a public auction, and that the seller accepted his "sold if this building is chosen by the insurance" because he was earning more than he would have got with the auction. He has been lucky to find this building and very smart. With all the myLot members we have, there is certainly a good deal like this one to do somewhere in the world actually. We can all become millionnaires.

Piece of cake! I buy a pair of really ugly vintage (1971) Dynaco A-25 loudspeakers for $80. I use the remaining $20 to buy sandpaper, wood filler, and oil. I refinish the speakers and sell them for $275. I repeat the process a few more times and then expand my business to include restoring others' vintage loudspeakers. Heh. I was going to launch into the fantasy part, but I'll save that for later.

You already spoke of the talent you have to restore old speakers. No many people have gold in their hands, and it needs a lot of knowledge. I know someone who buys incomplete books of the 17th/18th C, disassemble them, clean the pages, reassemble them, and makes a top looking antique book with 2 having no/very small value. I am also very impressed by people restoring old paintings.

@topffer My thought is that everyone has talents that they don't fully take advantage of. For me it's sanding stuff. I'm impressed by those who generate art (not me!), cool crafts, and other things. For others it might be simply fix-it/handyman stuff (which I'm also not very good at).

A lot of people are flipping houses in this area, however, have watched people buying houses in other countries as investments. My money earned on Mylot goes to quickly to be invested and I earn to little to even consider this idea. Now I could do it from earnings on other sites; however, think I would prefer house flipping. I know with the money earned from several of my online sites this house will sell for more then we paid for it.

The market is not very good in France actually. Except in a few large cities, the value of houses is less expensive today than 10 years ago. People investing in houses are doing it to rent them most of the time. They can expect a bit more income than with bonds if they have not too much expenses to do on a house to rent it.

Have not quite reached 100 Euros yet so I will have to wait and consider that offer. Very interesting offer by the way nothing to be sneezed at. I like it beats working away all day for me.

The process is easier to explain than to succeed at doing it, so I offer no guarantee, but do not forget me if you become millionnaire because of this discussion.

Too complicated for me. I have heard of similar cases in which people use their credit card accounts to buy old derelict houses in good areas, then sell them after giving those ancient haunted places some simple renovations, paints etc. A few hundred thousand dollars made easily in each case I heard.

@YrNemo I love my country but I consider to migrate every time I think at the amount of taxes I pay. Well, we have a lot of advantages in this country, like free health care, free college studies, a minimum social income for people having no income, etc, but most of these "free" things are paid by the tax payer.

I also heard of this in the past. With all the regulations we have now for renovations, only a cfratsperson would be able to do it, and we have a very high gain tax in France which is dissuasive.

Earnings here are low. It is not difficult to reach the $5 payout every month, though, and myLot always pays you on time. Not enough to start a business, but it might help you.
