Tired & Ready for bed

I need something to give me some energy right now. I feel like i should just lay down and go to sleep. Not sure why im so tired, i pretty much took it slow yesterday and didnt do much. Must be not be sleeping good and worrying about someone. I seem to wake up every few hours when sleeping, i hate it. What should i do to get energy? I was waiting on my boss's to leave so i could do other things in the office.

Drink a glass of milk before sleeping , it helps you to get good sleep. Of course drink lots of water during day time

I was drinking hawaiin punch i thought the sugar would have helped. But im still way to tired to be here at work but i have to stay for a few more hours since i do need the money

Ya but i do have to stay at work and get stuff done here, im dragging today for sure.

Physical work does not use up our energy to extreme levels as mental stress does. Since you mentioned that you took pretty slow yesterday that means physically, your energy levels were not depleted. Cause is mental issue. You were thinking about something, your thoughts and worry did not make you sleep well and this interference in sleep itself has caused you to wake up in every few hours. Never go to sleep with an unresolved issue. No one else is going to resolve it. You have the solution and you need to resolve it internally. Whatever the issue is just resolve it and once done you will feel much lighter as it will take away burden from your shoulder and this will boost energy in you. Good luck with that.
