Recommended hours of exercise daily or weekly

Lately I asked what's the best exercise for skinny people. This comes as a necessity. I could be a very busy person, but ignoring my health is like refraining from breathing. Anyone out there knew how long should we exercise? High blood pressure, diabetes and heart problems are a common ailments in the office. As I became older, time to be serious with my health :)

Agree! You don't need an equipment or gym membership. Just hit the road and you are good to go!

I recommend 45 minutes a day and healthy food is always the best way to go...

I think exercise should be sufficient, should not be less or more, that's what will make our lives healthy, not only that we also have to consume food nutritious food

And I think I will stick to fish and vegetable. A High blood pressure is a real danger.
