Healing and Harmony

The mandala I found this morning on Pixabay is a symbol of healing, harmony, spirituality, and energy. When I spotted it I thought to myself "What better image could I use for this post."
Today I am going for yet another test or two. However they are tests that should be taken regularly by all women.
I will be having a Mammogram (no, not that) and a bone density scan. I will be having the regular Mammogram and an ultrasound that they usually wait to do after they have a hard time reading the regular mammogram. They decided to skip the wait and go ahead and do it.
Anyway. this afternoon will be taken up in a Lab so I am enjoying this beautiful morning. It will be hot, or so I am told but it is beautiful with all of the colors and sights I spy out in my yard.
What are you doing with your day?

Good luck with your tests! I plan to get my writing and chores done this morning so I can enjoy getting outside this afternoon. We have a ton of plants that need transplanting at home and on our land share. I am experimenting with straw bale gardening for growing potatoes. I have seen videos where this method was combined with intensive planting for root vegetables, so I might try that with my parsnips and carrots.

I hope you will be in and out quickly.
It is a lovely color and design that mandala.
I love those.
Today I am going to attempt to look at those papers I need to do again.
