Water water every where but not a drop to drink

Recently in news paper shows how ground level water decrease it show our environment effect by human activities. This causes glacier melt. And rise in ocean level. But not a drop to drink.. Due to summer have started the water demand have already started. In some city people are compele to drink dirty water. Can we do something?

There are solutions and there have been discussions for decades. It seems to some of us that greed stops the issues from being resolved @rjain1055

@rjain1055 All of the water that was here decades ago is still here, just needs purification to be used. If everyone did their share to help, it seems to me there would be clean water for everyone.

I would recomend that someone such as charity, set up a water purifying plant. This will cut the dirty water drinking down tremendously.
