People who are like security cameras

Have you come across those curious people who are more interested in others life rather than their own. Those people do a better job than security cameras. They are so curious that they are constantly peeping in others life and they know things about the person which the person himself is not aware about. Maybe those people can't find a better job and as it is this is a free job and easy to get.

@bunnybon7 That is probably a rare thing that would happen.
And since I don't trust most people..
I would lean toward what if they took advantage of me when (they saw) I was down?

There are many around us who are more interested about our affairs rather than their own affairs. Some of my relatives and neighbors fall in this category.
I usually try not to intrude into privacy of others. I feel that whatever is happening in their life, they have to face and deal, I should not muddle into their affairs, until and unless asked for.

@Nawsheen Yes, some of nasty souls get special pleasure in poking their nose into affairs of others and when they get some half cooked stories, they lace it with their own spices and versions and spread rumors to get sadistic pleasure.

very funny. reminds me of an old lady when i was young and with my second husband. we used to make fun of her but she was the only one who called the police when he was beating me once and could likely be she saved my life.

Oh yes I would say so.
I am their business for most of the time I am here and another guy that lives in the end house.
We are long sufferers of those kind of people as they do not have anything else to do like you say.

I don´t hate them as such I dislike them a bit which is almost the same thing really but you get so used to their way of being that you forget them and get on with your own life.

Yeah this is absolutely right and I have experienced this too. I hate such people who try to mock us at by knowing things about us secretly. These kind of people wait for opportunities to put us down in front of others.
