Re-hydrate your body by coconut water during this summer

Coconut water instantly increases energy in the body as it is a rich source of carbohydrates and very well compensates for fluid loss. It is a best drink to quench thirst in summers and is also used after workout especially by athletes. It is cholesterol free, low in calories and better than all those sports and caffeinated drinks which contain soda and further dehydrates the body.

It is full of nutrients and since you are drinking it on empty stomach, there will surely be better absorption of these nutrients which will enable you to live healthy.

Also, coconut water can be used as a replacement for dextrose in emergency situations.

Yes, it can be used directly for intravenous transfusion as it is very sterile and there will be no risk of contamination. Hence can be used in emergency situations.

yes. during summers it is a good drink. But, not advisable for heart patients.

I don't know about heart patient, but it is a tonic to heart and yields cardio protective benefits in case of healthy individuals. It prevents blood clots and plaque formations in heart which will protect an individual from cardiac arrest and attacks.

I tried it and I hated it. Kind of tasted like toasted marshmallow spit. If I am dehydrated then I am just going to drink more regular water because nothing is better than just plain water.
