If I plan to nap it should be now

I did not get enough sleep last night. Partly because I stayed up late. My own fault. Partly because I got a sudden headache early this morning. Not sure what that was about, but lack of sleep is not making it better.
If I nap now it will not interfere with sleep tonight.
We are also considering changing off to our spare mattress in our bedroom. I need to try it out. It is a better mattress than the one we have been using.
I have laundry in the dryer, including three new pairs of pants. I have lots of laundry to fold as well. Then of course I should put dishes in to wash. Oh, and do more laundry. And mow the lawn.
I am headed to bed.

I have my days when I am very busy, and others that I take it easy all day.

Sounds like you are going to be absolutely busy. Yes, I agree you should take a rest to regain your energy.

I have a tendency to keep very busy. Never bored. I rested but did not sleep. It was helpful.

I have laundry to do, too, but I'd rather have a nap. Enjoy yours.

@GardenGerty A rest is better than nothing. I ended up doing my laundry. No nap.

That first sentence could be said around here on a daily basis. We take medications that make it very difficult to wake up, especially at 5a. Hope you enjoy your different mattress.

I liked how the mattress felt. It is going to be an effort to change out the rooms, but we were going to do some changing anyway, and so this seems like a good time to get it done.

Yes, take your nap while you can.
Maybe your headache was a result of the pollen count in your area? Something allergy related? Or, it could just be, that you were up later than usual the night before.
Nap, but try to mow while it is still cool enough to do it.

I rested, and actually my headache was better after I mowed and drank about a quart of iced tea. It could be dehydration. Or weather, or sinus, or all of the above.

@GardenGerty or a combination of them all. My problem is remembering to hydrate.

I never accomplish all I plan, but that is okay, I am not bored.

@GardenGerty I always plan more than I can do too. I guess it's what keeps us moving forward.

Sounds like just your talking about things you need to get done could wear anyone out, even if these are things that are important. Don't you wish the things would do them all themselves?

I really wish laundry was self folding. Since hubby has been in the hospital now I got really behind. He is home now and we are doing well.

The rest felt good. I mowed and then drank a lot of tea, and something seemed to help.

Hopefully switching the mattress will help you sleep better. I swear gremlins add to the laundry when I sleep .It's a never ending process (along with dusting, vacuuming, dishes )

You are doing the right thing heading back ti bed if you are suffering a headache. Best way to try to rid yourself of it.

I had some iced tea and that helped. While I was mowing.

you probably didn't drink enough water, hence, the headache. I could be wrong, but I think I'm right!

You really could be right, and I did drink more today. I think it helps.
