Back from the gym

This evening, it was a lovely day to go to the gym. A light breeze, warm temperatures, and plenty of sunshine. We had a nice glass today and penty of wall and floor space, too.
We did a couple of new poses tonight in our regular routine with some leg and arm stretches:
2 Twisted Triangles (1x/side)
2 Restorative Bridge poses with leg lifts
1 Bear Pose
1 Starfish Pose
2 Rollover Stretch (1x/side)
2 Reversed Planks (with leg lifts)
2 Side Planks (1x/side)
1 Boat Pose
I think that's it. A side note, there might not be yoga class next Friday night, since my instructor can't find a sub. But she would subbing for my Wednesday yoga class. So I'll find out then.

@Courtlynn Yep. They would be some notice at the front desk or a sign by the fitness room's door.

What is the boat pose? I'm sure at some point in my life i knew, but since it has been awhile since i have been to yoga, i am forgetting right now.

It's like a V-sit, only you sit on your sit bones and lift both legs and arms. Do you want me to show you a photo of it?

Oh wow. That's real small. I'm a bit o underweight, but healthy none the less. A few is better than none.
